Marduk (pronounced "Mar-duke") is derived from the Dynasty of Babylon in Mesopotamia (2 000 BC) where Marduk was one of the chief gods and rulers of the ancient Babylonians. He was commonly known as the "The Lord of Heaven & Earth" and renowned for his wisdom on property related matters.

 

 

After initial training and working as an accountant, owner / agent of Marduk Real Estate - Michael Foltan, started his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1990 on a part-time basis. In 1994 he dedicated himself to the real estate industry on a full-time basis and accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in the sale and rental of townhouses, clusters and houses, as well as sale of development land and country estates. In 1998, he started Marduk Real Estate. Due to his eager hands-on & honest approach to marketing property, linked to a successful "SOLD" record, Marduk Real Estate will continue to firmly establish itself in the market place focusing primarily on the sale and letting of townhouses, clusters and houses within the focus area.
